What Will Be The Max Boost Presure That The Standard Ecu Will Allow On A 1996 850t5. Bearing In Mind That I Have Got A Stainless Free Flow Exhaust, And A K&n Induction Kit.
At The Moment I Have Got A Bleed Valve, Controlling The Extra Boost Squeezed Out Of The System, But I Know It Is Not The Ideal Way To Get Extra Boost. The Stock Factory Fitted Boost Gauge (a Lot Of Help That Is) Goes 3/4 Into The Black, Just For Reference?

15 Psi is when the stock ECU will cut the ignition.
But I would be very careful cos @ 15 psi below 3000 rpms the risk of you bending rods are extremely high.
Do not attempt to adjust your boost any further without a calibrated boost gauge fitted I beg you !

Just out of curiosity, what is the standard psi of boost for a t5?
And will drilling the box and adding a de-cat straight through exhasut up the boost?

Nope - & decating is not usually a good idea, besides the MOT implications.
Risky but cheap is to install an MBC (manual boost controller).
The most complete and safest is a ECU upgrade.
Standard boost is 0.7 bar.
