If you run a atmospheric dump valve (the turbo already has recirc) you will not gain anything other than the noise, performance wise. I am not a fan but if you want to then there are how 2's on this site and I think it is generally accepted that you will need to replace the existing recirc valve with a blanking plate. http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/t7951-how-to-fit-dump-valve-v70r-1997.html
