as above says it all i think my motor is fooked but not sure there is no noise from it(dont think anyway hard to stick my head in the boot and turn stereo on) but it does not go up and down at all ????????? or any ideas would be great
could be a wire out if its aftermarket generally you have individual spades thats where i would check first if not check the sender wire lead is plugged in right (usually blue one of the back of the head unit) can be tested by just adding a 12v supply to the sender wire on the aerial shaould have said last night i would have had a look ebay there is a chap that does them for £25 cheapest i have found
cheers for that will have a butchers l8r.LOL with all the stuff in my boot mate and in that light we would not have found the fooking boot carpet let alone a wire

thanks mate we did not find him till 20.00 in the shed looks like he has either been poisened or had some kind of fit but not sure but after my better halfs grave digging he is now buried next to his mum in the garden
