Hi, I hope someone can help. My V70 D5 pulls to the right under acceleration and twitches back to the left when you take your foot off!! Is this normal??? I have had the tracking checked and it seems to be ok, tyres, etc ok. The only car I`ve driven before that I could compare this to was an old escort turbo, surely not!!!! Any suggestions please????
have you had the front suspension lower arm bushes checked, inner bushes mite be worn so the lower arms can move about which alters the direction of the wheels,accelerating makes the arm move in one direction then braking or decelerating moves the arm in the other direction, hope that helps
I've driven four in the last couple of weeks and none of them did that, not even the Rica'd one. I read there is an issue with bushes as t5 stealth has already said.
