Does look like the fitness levels have, well, been completely removed from Police requirements. As for the biker, didn't agree with his take on car Vs bike and also with a passenger...book thrown from a great height!
In the pursuit of the disqualified driver-What about driving at speed and negotiating corners etc with one hand on the wheel and the other operating his radio. Hands free kit!?
