Ive had mine jump out of 1st and reverse before , but not on a regular basis only when its cold first thing

Could it not be an easy fix.....I mean take the gear lever out and see if its a broken clip or something. I dont know much about changing gear in these being an Auto man..!!lol

might even be an engine/gearbox mount. sounds like a good buy - i take it they did do a t5 glt? not just the 2.5?

The 850 is a cable gear linkage, so unless it was tight or loose at one end, It'll more like be the internal selector that has gone. I'm not sure if these have little ball bearing and slide in them which wear away or wear in to the casing.. Gearbox is about £260 delivered from Salvo (after discount). Then you've just got to fit it...

Its a no go just had a reply from the people and its sold,tbh it does not suprise me at that price oh well lets keep looking
