Hi. All
Urgent question !
Can a 1998 V70R AWD accept tyre`s 225 / 45 / 17 ?
My heart , and viewing other R AWD , I say yes !
They have 215 as stock , but , 225`s are cheaper due to many cars run this size unlike 215/45/17 !
Help
Thanks guys
Ps/ I need tyre`s very soon , Transfer box and all that !
Cheers

They'll probably fit but may rub on full lock, its one of those do or dont things really, if your not bothered about them rubbing then its not a problem

It's all to do with how much rubber is on the road from the standard tyre to the 225's,
my car came with 16" wheels 205/55/16 i changed wheels and now run 225/35/18's no issues what so ever, and i have now done 4k miles on them,
just rotate your wheels every 3k,

Try mytyres.co.uk as I have alway found them to be pretty good for 215/45/17s
