Date:- Sunday, 24th September Time:- 12pm Location:- M4 Services, Junction 33 near Cardiff. There is a Burger King at the services and its definately open on the Sunday so we have somewhere to eat. You'll be going on one of the best roads around, Glos to Chepstow, at one time i used to drive on that road twice a week in the Punto, ah the memories.

your telling me, i had a good blast today and noticed it definately takes till after 3000rpm to pull hard and can be very flat below it. its nothing obvious that i could see so looks like its time to take it apart bit by bit. ________ Lovely Wendie99

No there isnt, as i said hopefully everyone can make it as its been a long notice, so everyone has had plenty of time to plan it. No doubt there will be those who pull out, but with any luck there will be enough of us there to make it worth while :)

Apologies for absence. I was rudely awoken at 4-30 this morning by my eldest son to be told that he was taking his wife into hospital as the birth of my second grandchild was imminent. This was a bit of a surprise as it is not due for another 3 weeks.I am currently on baby-sitting duty with my 3 year old grandaughter Lauren while my son is at the hospital Once again I'm sorry I can't be there & hope to meet you soon.Try & get some piccies.

We had a good old natter about all things Volvo over a burger king.Watched the sxoc guys in the car park making a fool of themselves with their strobes. 3 pics of 3 cars will be uploaded tomorrow sometime. VikingT5> Kind of glad you didnt come mate, as you would have wasted your time and money travelling down to such a poor turnout. Im glad I had to go up to Derby today after the meet otherwise I would have been thoroughly pissed off with travelling the hour it takes to get to that services, even though it was good to meet Jim again and meet a new face in Taylor C70. Having said that, im not sure whether to resign from the Wales area co-ord, cause is it really worth it at the end of the day. :sorry:

It was good to catch up with you guys on my first volvo meet. I know there was only three of us but the topless girls were great!!! Hopefully we'll have more next time. I think im the furthest west that i now of in Llanelli, a couple in Swansea, Neath, Bridgend, Cardiff and maybe Newport. Have a look at the googlemap on this site located in the top blue bar. Should give you an idea.
