Just popped in from the Volvo Owners Club and thought I would say hello. I am new to all things Volvo having been into Fords since I started driving 12 years ago. I have a owned mostly Granada's and Scorpios up until now, since I have recently purchased a 1993 854 GLT 2.5 20V, and can honestly say I'm very impressed with it. I used to organise regional meets and events for both GS online and Ford Scorpio owners club, and have decided to try and organise some meets for the Volvo owners club. Any meets that are planned will of course be open to members of VPCUK to attend as well and details will posted up on the Events sections on both sites. Well, that's enough of my ramblings for now and I look forward to becoming an active member VPCUK and meeting up with some of you in the near future. :Handshake :)

Yeah, and best of all, it's less than a 2 minute drive from where I stay:) although up untill now, didn't know it existed. I've only just moved here 3 weeks ago. Will need to go and check the place out. do they have a Rolling Road facility?. Could be an idea, but if they do, maybe a wee dyno shoot out in the new year. Could see what I could organise.
