after doing a few mods so far ..next on the list is a induction kit/air filter for my s40, i just want a bit of a ''growl'' !! what have you had and what do you recomend? cheers
Got the BSR optiflow kit on my t4. Sounds nice I think! It's a good quality kit with a heat sheild. Got the same kit on the T5. It was around £120 IIRC.
check out the BSR opti flow kits. nice blue filter and heatshield..... i have one on my V70R, and it does make a difference to the sound, especially with the re-circ valve sounding more like a dump valve. always brings a smile to my face when throttled... hth chad

I have a pipercross universal induction on my s40. Only £50 and 10 minutes fitting time. I would reccomend one for sure.

It sounds evil mate. You can get them from halfords. I think if you reserve online you get money off too.
After similar info for my 2.0T V40 really. Do these filters and induction kits add to the performance noticably? Haven't got any engine mods on it at the moment (just a strut brace) and don't have the money to throw at it for a remap so would the induction kit be of any use power wise? Cheers
im not sure, i just like a bit of a growl, not a huge exhaust! a strut brace isnt cheap as iv been looking!!! iv bought a pipercross induction kit off a member on here so ill let you know what its like
