Well, seeing as I cant post in "How to" I thought Id post this here. First, remove the bolt from the upper engine mount Image Lift the arm out of the way, and using an old big screwdriver or similar, twist out the old rubber, then slide the driver down the back of the mount outer casing, and bend and lever that out too. Image Image Then, undo all of the Torx Screws on the cam cover, and lift away. This is to expose the last bolt on the engine mount bracket Image Then undo the four bolt that hold the bracket in place Image Lift out the bracket, fit the new bush (mine just slid in, no grease required) and then lift up the bulkhead bracket, and slide the mount under it and bolt it back onto the engine. Refit the cam cover, put the torx screws in, and there ya go EASY! Image

I fitted mine in exactly the same way too, 20 min job, dead easy! Doesn't it sound lovely too? Or I should say, doesn't the increased sound into the cabin sound lovely, especially from about 1500 - 3500 rpm? Best £25 I ever spent!

Remove the bolt and lift the arm up, popped the bush in, only to find the arm wouldnt go back over the bush :doh: Ive not noticed any "vibration" as some people say, and I havent give her any stick, as i only live 3 miles from work, so she wasnt warmed up, BUT, i CAN tell a difference already in noise, and it sounds Luurrrrrrvely :D Who needs an induction kit :D
