Wrong wheels for the year, but hey for that price you could soon swap them. Sadly it's a sign of the times that cars like that are fetching so little money.
I suspect the photos make the car look alot better than it actually is. Like Tomcat said, the wheels are wrong which would have the alarm bells ringing with me. Need a good inspection first before buying something like that off ebay imo
I would say a 12 year old car with that low miles there will be some problems from lack of use, looks ok though
