hi my 2001 v70 t5 outside temperature display is not reading the correct outside temp its been saying its -8 with black ice today its done this a few times now anyway i guess it needs a new sensor does anyone know where i might find it and how easy is it to replace , also if anyone knows how much a new one will be many thanks
i know on the 850's the sensor is behind the passenger side front fog light, hanging just off the reinforcement. I know its not an 850 but certainly a good place to start looking as alot of the basics are the same on Volvo's
I think I read somewhere that it's under the door mirror, not sure which side. There's a little nodule which hangs down a bit which can be seen from the driver's seat below the door mirror casing on the driver's side (although there is also one on the passenger's side). I could be wrong though, I might have dreamt it...
