Tell me more about the blanking plate for chatter i like the sound of that lol
Looking good.
ill stick a vid up, the plate is about 25 quid, so i made mine myself out of some good quality alloy, took me about 10 mins, and makes a HUGE difference!should said recirc valve blanking plate, sticking a plate under your bonnet will not give yoy chatter lol http://s130.photobucket.com/albums/p276/cossiecrazycarl/?action=view¤t=MOV00001.flv
Nice looking motor! How did you lower it, and how do you find the handling, and ride now?
i brought some lowering springs, but the back end didn't come down enough so i chopped off 2 coils off the back, handles well, but a bit bumpier, but im well used to it now, lol.
oh fitted polybush engine mounts to, forgot to add,lol

You have pm mate.

Nice mods, great looking car:funkybana How does it handle speed bumps? What's next on the "to do"list? gr,walter
I thought the blanking plate on its own could cause the turbo to stall, is that not the case? Car looks good too, nice stance :)
speed bumps not a problem , its still high enough to get over!lol next on the list, rica, v70 lights and sort out some of the paint problems! as with turbo stall, its a long going debate, my own opinion is running10-15psi does nothing to the turbo, ive run 30psi of cossies for years now and never had a problem!
Looking good Carl and welcome to the chatter club she sounds sweet :)
feels good to be there;)
What's wi the wheels bud? They're not T5..
the chap I got the car off had a AWD as well as this one, he swapped the wheels over so the nice ones are on his other one!!been hunting wheels since i got it!
