Hahaa, not really, but got your attention didn't it?? ;) :P LOL My name's Crazy, I'm new to the world of Volvos but figured seeing as I've had most other things, why not get a Volvo - cheap to buy, spacious, comfortable, and pretty solid with good performance too. I picked myself up a '96 850 T5 wagon last week (for the costly sum of £500) and I'm pretty happy with it. Reckon I could really get into this actually, having the space and the performance all in one :D Got a few bits that need doing to it (will put up another post) but I must say, I am extremely impressed with it and for all the years I didn't look twice at Volvo's, that has most definitely changed now!!! Here's my little baby :D Image Image

Hi, hope you enjoy your new car. For me the best thing about volvos, is that people just don't expect a fast volvo, but shhh... don't tell everyone! :mischievo

Oh definitely!! A guy who lives round the corner from me has a modded S13 running about 300hp, and I beat him off the lights. He came round and asked what I had done to it, and I said "nothing, and it's not even running right either" and he was just speechless  hehee Plus, people don't expect the sound system I'm running either lol Enough that the subs took the rear trim off the trunk!!!! And I'm not even running high spec subs in it..........yet ;) hehe

Yea, I have been given some really useful advice by Russ at RT Mechanics, and when I've got it through it's MOT and got it taxed, and sorted out whatever it is causing the lambda light to be on, then I'll look at getting a Rica stage 1 :D Also going to make up an induction kit to put on it too, so that should really help with the sound of it too :D I'm aiming to keep it looking as much like it is as possible, but have it sleeper. It even has odd rims which I love!! (look at the front wheel on the drivers side, it's the gunmetal one, the rest are silver) lol

Just a thought:cool: Nice car by the way, and as said above just you wait till you get it mapped!!

Cheers Danny, I'll have a look at that. Hopefully be something simple like that :D I'll get the codes read too by my garage when I'm next on a day off too. Really loving the Volvo though, never had a turbo'd motor before, and it's really brilliant! Always been a V8 man, and had a couple of Jap motors too, but this is just awesome :) Definitely can't wait to get it mapped!!
i was looking at a lazer blue but somebody bought it before me
I noticed that, still you win some you lose some, and some go off the road and land up in a ditch :)

And we only have 2 parking spaces and next door can't park for sh*t either which is really fun  lol
We have Christine the V70 T5 our 850 T5 and Iveco 3.5 ton van and a caravan the last two are parked on the drive. If you think next door can't drive, you should see how well ours parks his Corsa Van. Now as you know they are only small you can reach all the doors including the back hatch from the drivers seat. Yet the other day he managed to reverse in and scrape the wall down the side of it. Previously he had tried 4 or 5 times to reverse back, the gap is wider than the one at the front of our place, you can see it on the camera, see bottom in sig. He wants to tarmac over his front garden so that he can park there. The only problem is he can't get his car between the front of my van which is parked on my drive and the wall. Which is very odd as the other guy who lives in the flat upstairs has no problem. Personally I don't think the guy should be on the road, in fact I don't think he should even be allowed outside his front door, I mean a Corsa Van!!!
