if you have anymore pics i'd appreciate you putting them up. a friend owns this and i haven't managed to get to a shop that has it!
Cheers, will try to remember to get a copy, you can't really get a more practical performance car than that, can you, considering the price of them.
They're also running a few articles on a the installation of a T5 lump and ST box in a Phantom kit car.
I have an issue from jan 2009 with a old looking hot-rod with 4wd and an engine from an 850 T5R, fitted with a garret gt3-something. Its a good mag, with interesting cars.

Don't quite see why a Rover MG ZTT made it in though, they are pretty slow (I'm assuming it's not the V8 one because I don't think they came in estate form)

Thats Tim Williams 850, supposed to be mental fast.

i used to subscribe to ppc brill magazine. i have been been driving round in pratical cars now since my boy was born, which is about 4 yrs, untill 2 weeks ago when i purchased my new baby 98 plate V70 T5. What an awesome machine. Only volvo i had was a 480 turbo which was impressed with, but this is just great... 4 doors big boot and power that puts a smile on my face... makes the fuel bill very worth while cant wait till that is in the shop
PPC is a great mag, I bought it since the first edition, I went to PPC in the park too this year, again, a great day out. Will have to pop out and get the new issue.
Been to several retail outlets so far and no buggers got this in stock!!...Grrrr

Well done Tim, flying the flag for mentalist Volvo estates!!! I can confirm that the car is "mental fast" and that Tim is indeed one of the nicest, most helpful people one could wish to meet.
got a copy from tesco`s cheers seb
No worries
Great magazine, came through the door yesterday, I tend to read Dave Walkers article first, that man talks a lot of sense. Have not read the 850 section, did not even see it as I flicked through it (doh) I did however notice a full page advert for the Volvo owners club........
I'm hoping to get my project Renault van featured in PPC when it's finished...........providing that is that the magazine is still going and we're not all traveling in tubes by then !
Aha - another Renault van man! Just bought a £1000 Kangoo for the business. It uses a lot less fuel around town than my Satanic T5 (sorry BP...)

(about 400 bhp should do it LOL !)
Just to continue the theme, he does get about a bit!
