i've found a set of blue injectors, i asked the bloke what car they are out of and he said a 1998 c70 t5 so either they are not what he is saying they are or someone has upgraded this car in the past, these are not standard fitment to this car is this correct

you might get away with upping to blues without a remap, but greens i think is pushing it too far
for green injectors?
i have a 304 remap and a mbc which i want to push up to 18psi maybe more can i not just put the greens in as it is or will the map need custom tuning for them? same question for blues?

the ECU has quite a bit of in-built adaption & MAY have enough to cope with the blues, i know some people have swopped to bigger injectors & been fine while others have had it throw up codes so theirs no guarantees

so why does my c70 have blue injectors and its standard or is that the case with me7's?
so why does my c70 have blue injectors and its standard or is that the case with me7's?
yep according to my list the C70 changed from white to blues in 1999, which ties in nicely with the introduction of ME7
funny thing is i have just bought a set of blues that came off a 1998 c70 t5 thats why i was confused, how easy are they to fit mate?
although it's registered 1998 it might be a 1999 manufacture year (ie ME7). its quite easy, undo the pipes into the fuel rail, 2 bolts hold the rail to the manifold & pull
what and the injectors come out with the rail?
yep, they only push fit then so either be stuck in the manifold or in the fuel rail

think i'm gonna send them off for cleaning

Your ECU will throw up fuel trim codes mainly at part throttle with greens. Whites in your car currently are 0 280 155 766 flow 347cc@3 bar rail pressure and 16 ohm impedance. Blues are 0 280 155 830 347cc@ 3 bar rail pressure and 12 ohm impedance. Greens are 0 280 155 968 412cc@ 3 bar rail pressure and 12 ohm impedance.
