iv got myself some 60mm pipe so was wondering if anyone knows the sizes ill need for the silicone joints?the size on top of the turbo,top intercooler,throttle body,and bottom intercooler.also do you put a bit on the bottom pipe so you can connect to the idle control.iv been wanting to try it for ages but would like to have all the stuff ready.thanks..
Hi Stevie, I have a list at home on my laptop after I made the last set. Ill post it up when I get home for you. As for the connector for the idle control valve yes you do need one. There are a few ways you can do this. Either weld an outlet to the pipework, cut into the silicone with a silicone valve or buy a ready made 60mm pipe with a T-piece already fitted.

you will need a 19mm port welding into the last pipe for the idle control valve, can't remember the actual sizes needed for the ports as the info was on my old USB stick which got lost

I've got a spare stainless 2.5 (63mm) lower rip pipe tig welded with dv and icv outlets I'll be popping on eBay. Nice fit too. I have a top pipe as well, which I may also pop on eBay, but it was a slightly odd fit as I made if out of off cuts, again stainless 2.5"
