Actually, I had a mini cooper for a month and was a cracking motor to bez about in. Good on fuel, nippy and hugs corners like a hippy tree smoocher
I had one on loan many years ago while i waited for my SD1. Agree with you about the nippynes and all the rest only problem i had was that I'm 6"4' and it was abit cramped. Few years before that me and a friend took our girls out in a mini got stopped on the way back by the police cause the car was leaning a bit over on the passenger side. My mate got out police told him about the lean his reply was "Have you seen the size of my mate?"

How about a Mazda? My uncle was after a new car after an accident and he looked at lots of cars, but the best by far was a Mazda. I was surprised at how good a car it is and for the price he paid They do the Mazda 2 (2007 onwards) which is a small car. http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/reviews/mazda/2-2007.aspx

1st-Gen Yaris T-Sport ticks every box except the "max 3 years old" one (they stopped making them in 2005 I think). They come in black too. We've got a couple as a family and they are hilarious little cars. Image

What about a nissan puke (sorry juke). 1.6 with eco/normal/sport modes nippy, cheap to run, loadsa gadgets to fiddle with. Took one for a test drive before I got the "Big Sweed" had fun and you can pick up a 2nd hand one now for less than half the original price (cos they're so f**k-ugly to look at!) http://fancytuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/nissan-juke-custom.jpg :lol::lol::lol::lol:
Ahh yeh that will do it then lol
Nothing like a large man trying to enter/exit one of those. My mum had one when I was 14, it had the sardine-tin slide back roof. I was 6'2" when I was 14 and I had to open the roof when I sat in the back. Bigfoot and the hendersons anybody?!!! :)
