What is going on. I have a lot of respect for Wenger but he needs to spend. The team is a shambles and I don't know what he is doing. The fans don't care if we get in debt, we want to have a competitive side and trophies. He runs the club like the money is coming out of his own pocket. Spend some F@cking money!!!

A combination of a great Man utd side and a very inexperienced injury ridden Arsenal. We don't have the depth in our squad to cope with suspension and injury. We also need some experienced proven players down the centre for thew youngsters to learn off!!

Been coming for a few years now.
I'm not going to go on about it because i could write a f*cking book on what problems they have, but the main problem is the manager. We've been getting weaker and weaker for the past few seasons and he's not done nowhere near enough to keep us challenging.
If he cant change the way he thinks, then its time he f*cked off :mad::mad111:

wenger is doing things the right way for the club, buying cheap and bringing them through. The football arsenal have played since he took over has been outstanding probably the best by any English club I've seen and that includes the great Liverpool side of the eighties and the man u one of the nineties. the last ten years has seen top flight English clubs change beyond recognition the money that has been invested in chelsea and man utd just wasn't available at arsenal yet still they have been challenging for trophies in Europe and here. I support a club that are always in the lower leagues and to hear these so called fans bleating on about their lack of success makes me wonder if they understand football at all. I think a reality check is order to be honest.
Regarding wenger leaving, be careful what you wish for!.

I have only ever supported Swansea City and we have Arsenal (at Arsenal) for our next game on the 10th as it happens. The Arsenal fans I have seen on Twitter etc, seem to be looking forward to that one, but in reality they have a no win situation. If Arsenal win then its 'only' beating a newly promoted Swansea team at your own ground and its unlikely to change anything. If however Arsenal lose or draw then they face being totally ridiculed once again.

Sometimes you just need to move with the times and accept, that, to be competitive at the top you will have to pay out for a couple of experienced world class players for the young recruits to learn from! We don't need to spend like Man Utd or Chelsea, all we ask is to get a couple of sturdy, reliable, central players to be at the core of our side.
The way Wenger has run the club has been great, the way we play has been great, but you just cannot keep competing doing what we are doing. Those young lads on Sunday esp Jenkinson will have their confidence ruined by being chucked in the deep end like that. It was awful to see. How does a 19 year old recover from that in one of his first top flight games. He had no-one to guide him, he was like a rabbit in the headlights as were most of the team. We need more depth in our squad. As soon as we have injuries and suspensions we have to field a Sunday league team.
We have to accept times have changed and have to pay 1.40 a litre of petrol etc etc. Now Wenger needs to change and realise he needs to pay good money and sign some players.
