Alright guys.
I sold an item on ebay on 01/07/11 and the buyer contacted me saying they would send a postal order. A week passed and I never received said postal order.
On 13/07/11 I received an email from the buyer saying that had been rushed into hospital which is why thay had not paid but were hoping to be out within the week and they would send payment.
I havent heard anything since. I emailed the buyer on 18/08/11 saying I still had the item and will await their postal order but have had no reply to it.
The last date on the buyers ebay account was 05/08/11 which is nearly a month ago.
Im hoping the buyer hasnt died or anything but I dont want to be sat with this item forever. What would you guys do about relisting the item as its worth about £35 which I would obviously like in my pocket as this items taking up space in my garage!
Any input guys?

if they havent paid u, u can get your fees back and relist it, u need to contact customer support and explain the situation with the item no, i personally would go down this route and relist it

I think there routes to go down on fleabay regarding situations like this and they're usually pretty quick about clearing it up.
I was in a situation similar but I was the buyer and the seller didn't send the item. I was refunded within 2 weeks.
Good luck :)

Sorted! I spoke to eBay internet providings in some foreign country about it and they refrunded my final seller fees, told me off for not opening a un-paid dispute and said I can re-list the item.
RESULT! Hopefully I can finally get some money for this Ford Ka Spoiler thats been sat in my garage for 2 months!

Hahahaha! Actually my Ex did have a Gay-A but I never drove it. I flat out refused to have anything to do with that horrible dung beetle shaped pice of shoddy 90's Ford rust. The best thing she ever did was bin it into a Mazda 3.
I got the spoiler from the scrapyard to flip on eBay for some profit :)
