Hi guys just need a bit of guideline here very early stage but I'm just about to put my hand on 1995 850R Wagon in Cream Yellow from a old man who had it stored for the last 10 years and the car has got only 30,000 genuine miles on the clock and I think one owner from new? just waiting on finding if it's manual or auto.My questions to all of you is What could I get back for that car if it's pristine?? for a start its a t5-r not an 850r, if its a pristine manual in that colour with those miles i would say 5k or more, auto will be worth alot less but still valuable

There was a manual gul estate on ebay for a couple of months with 58k just at the end of last year. It was volvo dealers selling it I think (formula?). They were asking around 8k for it though not sure how much it went for. Was meant to be mint.

Tbh I'm only planning to replace the powerplant if I have to. Preferably fix what's broken if viable. Hencethe trip to the garage to find out whwhat's wrong before shelling out on repairs/replacement.

Thanks, Took some work, lots of niggles - New ecu Brakes PCV service etc. Had a respray. Windows Tints Headlight wipes and spray repaired Rear wipe spray repair Rear Hatch gas struts Needs - Exhaust Wheelbearing Some interior stuff But otherwise nothing else!!
Yeah mine has had a new wing - hopefully new front bumper going on soon too and then respray bumper wings and bonnet and rear spoiler. The rear caliper fell off when I got home from Plymouth - luckily that didn't happen on the way - had engine mounts, brakes (surprisingly) and I've got to fit my new rear hatch gas struts and sort the grille, numberplates, gearknob and exhaust. You can always find something on them to do can't you!

A guy on t5d5 did a 854r in grey 2 years ago and there was a chap in Sweden who did a gull a few years back. It's a fair bit of hassle you have to weld a box / channels in the rear for the subframe.

This is the reason I collected all forsale adverts over the last 3yrs or so, I now have 275-280 of the 320 odd 850r's / t5r's on taxed on the road, also I've popped them in folders by colour and estate or saloon and most are noted if auto or manual, so I can give a very good indication of what's left. But I'm not allowed to collect personal information on the forum (I understand the reasons why not and can't be helped) so you'll just have you use this white elephant of a stupid thread. People do however send me private messages so it's not in the public eye via Facebook etc
