There was a person convicted resently up here for murdering her baby. I look at my wee one all the time and cant think why people would do these things. Image Sitting watching the TV Image

Aawww sweeeet ;) (looks much more comfy than sitting atop a christmas tree lol). I remember when my lad was younger, he had a few problems and was in crippling agony, on and off for the first few months of his life. It was so hard seeing one so innocent in so much pain, knowing that for all my size, strength and intellect, there was nothing i could do for him. Then I see what people do to children and it makes me sick. I've been a remorseless b@stard in my past, luckily, my wife and son have given me a different outlook on life but I would do something pretty bloody ugly to someone who deliberately harm an innocent Rant over.

When Adrienne was pregnant her blood test came back high and said our baby had an increased risk of spina bifida, man we have never been so scared.

I hope all is well with your little one, high risk doesn't mean a definite but it scares the hell out you. Mrs MRP miscarried our first child on Christmas eve, after that, when she got pregnant again, everything, the slightest twinge, had us panicing! Glad to say, Brian is 3 and strong as an ox. We just have to watch his diet. Image

I don't have any kids myself just yet but it often crosses my mind how that feels exactly. Time will tell, just need to find a suitable woman.

It is quite disturbing what people do unfortunately. But that is the world we live in. i have two children myself, my son is very nearly 4, and my daughter is 2, sadly me and there mum seperated about 7 months ago. i could never understand why people would hurt a child, let alone there own. my son is currently seeing a few docs etc as they suspect he has aspergers so can relate in a way with people who get scared senseless when and if things are wrong with there children, after all it is only natural. any body harming any child is just crazy, line them up along with the child molesters and give them all a single shot to the head.

Apperetly its not the first time that its happened but the stange thing is she has childrent. The child was born hours before in hospital . You just wonder if it was depression and denial (husband didn't know she was pregnant)that caused what she did as it can set in many months after or was ithospital cutbacks . Kid you know how it feels now and im glad you feel like that.lyl.
Me and Mrs Bomb suffered the miscarriage of our first back in October :(
Sorry to hear that mate. Nothing prepares you for that feeling. It gets easier after a while. Back in the saddle mate, have another go. I think about 70(ish) percent of first pregnancies miscarry within the first 12 weeks, but only 20 percent of 2nd pregnancies. It's been a while since I saw the exact statistics but it's something like that.

Post 451728 by wegal on 2012-01-19 11:01:54

Im not gonna defend her cos I dont know the exact story, however I do know that post natel depression is very real, very destructive and makes women do some extreme things. Personally I cant see how you could harm a child, a childs life is sacred...... end of.

Because you're a normal, reasonable, sane human being. She seemingly wasn't.
