How do you attach a logo/signature to the bottom of your emails? For example, most people have a little image with their email, contact number and name on etc. I wish to attach one of these to every one of my outgoing business emails, how is it done? Thanks in advance... :)

What email program are you using?

Also, I'm not sure if people attach lines of text or an actual image with text on it? Thanks

Under Hotmail Highlights - goto options >> more options, under the Write emails section - there is font & signature. I have never bothered but I would expect that is where you'd do it

Outlook is just an option in signature settings (either picture or hyperlink) not sure about hotmail. Just beware of file size of the image. I crashed my works server by sending a small signature in my emails to all the company (2000 people). The file had been resized not cropped and was will 2MB per email... I was told to quickly remove it
