it will be different for every car mate
Honest lol.So what your saying is i could have mine screwed say 3/4 of the way in for say 10 psi and you could have yours set at a 1/4 the same psi?

pull the r clip out of houseing, pull actuator bar off waistegate pin the adjust it so u have like a half moon shape hole on actuator bar.then put back on waiste gate pin the the r clip... take it easy on first runs bud
Hi mate do you have far do you have to stretch your actuator rod to fit on the wastegate arm?
the actuator should have alot of tention to get it over the wastgate nipple then you will have good boost unless you have a leak or the actuator is nackered .but take it easy on the the first run and if the car boost too much and hard then slacken off the actuator arm .

Use a hand pump and a bit of silicone hose to pump your actuator rod out makes it 10 times easier to get back on mate

It will vary depending on the age of the spring. A visual appearance will not help in comparing actuator performance. Before I fitted the Forge unit I buggered about with the nearly knackered stock actuator quite a lot. In the end had 6 full turns of pretension and it still wouldn't hold boost. I would add a turn and use trial and error - be careful though!
