OMG!!! I just changed my sc-901 for a Pioneer unit with USB/MP3 playback etc The sound quality is amazing! I have 10 Dynaudio speakers running off the Alpine 100w amp and when it's turned up it shakes the car so much bit's fall off as I drive down the street! Funny thing is the seller of the car didn't even mention the Dynaudio speakers so i knew nothing about them till I came on here! Thanks guys!

Hi Bought it about a month ago, It's a C70 T5 GT 1999 100k FMDSH paid £675! Touch wood it's mechanically spot on, paintwork is a bit faded in places, it's Garnet red so looks a bit wishy washy!

I had the set up in my old P2 C70 and it was awesome. My P1 V70R will have your set up and yeah its fairly punchy considering theres no subs

The nice thing is that it is so clear even when cranked right up!

What leads did you use to adapt it to the oem connections and is your centre speaker still working?

I'm having a jvc double din fitted today in place of the 901. We are using the centre speaker to give sound to the parrot kit , this is easier and should be clearer than running through the amp. We could have wired the centre speaker to the hi outs on the headunit but not really worth it without the prologic system.

I bought the audioleads din to rca converter lead to run the amp (works perfect) and the audioleads volvo iso converter lead. We run a new bit of speaker wire to the centre speaker from one of the hi outs on the headunit but unfortunately shorted out th hu so we had to disconnect it again. It may be something to do with the monster sized resistor in the speaker. I will try swapping the speaker for a different one and see what happens.
