A cracking venue and only 15 minutes from me, might well come along but I need to check if were racing. On the subject of racing, perhaps we should get a meet together at one of our race meetings later in the summer, good location at St Neots right on the A1.

I am tempted, been there many times having grown up in Hertfordshire and went to Ruskin uni in Cambridge hmmmm, wife's never been there plus they have the prototype Concorde there, slightly smaller than the production one.

where abouts are you viking? i used to live in saffron walden for a while, now im in portsmouth its a bit of a trek from here. My first volvo t5 (years ago) came from lancaster volvo, right next door to the porsche dealership. Is it marshall volvo now?

Yesterday evening, I had a call from a nice lady named Vickie, regarding our interest in visiting Duxford. To be allotted parking on the airfield, we would need to bring a minimum of 50 cars so that's out. We'll just have to claim a corner of the normal car park as we normally do at pubs etc. Vickie also mentioned their Spring and Summer car shows where we could turn up as a club and be allotted our own section of the show. The spring one is on May the 6th which is too short notice IMO. The Summer show is on Sunday August the 5th. I don't know How interested everybody would be in showing - off here, as a club, there's no racing, camping or BBQs allowed but it could be good publicity for the club? Just a thought ;)

not a bad meet, the price of everything spoilt it a bit but nice to meet some new people (& Liam i guess lol)
Just got back to poole, at the inlaws atm, will upload a few pics later. Was good meeting everybody and a shame we lost Shane and family, but i know its hard keeping kids interested (although i lost my own wife and child for most of the day lol)

Indeed,good day all round,my youngest billy suffers quite badly with adhd and is quite simply a handful if not kept an eye on,so had to go keep him interested ,I had visions of him bringing me something back off a plane!!!!!
