After fitting my new turbo and intercooler i have many different size pipework i need to get. The standard set up is 2" wich iv herd is good for 450bhp on the rs focus and st focus so should be more than sufficiant on mine. Now the turbo intake (air filter end) is 3" but that horrible plastic volvo intake is 2.4" i need to use the pcv sensor and connections on my new pipework. (is it removable as the unit?) also the maf isit removable from the plastic unit? Not a big issue because ill jus hose both ends to join. If any one has done anything like this can i have pictures please. Lastly the 3" throttle body im using (960) do i need to reduce that straight away to standard size pipe for the vac pump pipe that runs along with the 2" hose? Cheers
