Hi mate. If you don't want to go mad, i'd get those bargain FK street coil overs on it, turn boost up to 18psi, get it on the rolling road for a run to check fuelling. Maybe a cat back exhaust. If you want more than 235bhp then your list will be a lot longer. The main prob with the t4 is mapping. Apart from a generic map no one can custom map these Siemens ems2000 ecu's. one guy from Sweden does but other than that it's piggyback or standalone.
Couldn't say more, as I've never looking in to T4 stuff :P
FK Street coilovers?
Here you go mate. You will need new top mounts but I have a link to these if you need. Not too pricey either. I'm getting these as soon as funds allow. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volvo-S40-V40-95-04-FK-AK-Street-Coilover-Suspension-Kit-/280802800996?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item416126b564#ht_1354wt_987

Do you happen to know?
Ok, whats the difference to the ones already on the car? Do you happen to know?
If your car is a P2 you won't need them mate I don't think. Sorry I assumed you had a P1 for some reason.
If your car is a P2 you won't need them mate I don't think. Sorry I assumed you had a P1 for some reason.
No worries, yeh its a Phase II, 2001. Although it does say 'Pre 2003 cars need to source new top mounts and drop-links(from Phase 2 cars) for fitment' so I dont quite get that.
Spending on a PCV refresh is probably worth the money!
hybrid turbo mate and some injectors job done.
