When we do mine were going to try just dropping box side of subframe down and leaving other side bolted in just loose. The box aint the easiest of things to get off and on in the space you have to work with. Youre going to loose a small bit of gearbox oil when youre moving it as itll come out of where the shafts were.

I've done 4 Of these now, 3 times By leaving the nsf subframe haging and the other one disconecting the steering column. The late if think is probably better but both ways have there pro's and con's. 2 Were auto's (replacing Box) and 2 where manuals (Clutch change) Ultimatly i go with disconecting the column from inside of the driver's foot well then drop the whole subframe. just watch out for the Radiator a/c pipes etc etc. Allow a Weekend for it.

yeah just drop one side down although loosen the other side down as much as you can to give you room to wiggle the box out

Took the clutch out today and guess what it was in correctly!! No its a mission fault finding this. Im going to re-connect the slave cylinder and test the rod is functioning proply i have a spare n/a 850 slave lying sbout ill try that if not. Any thoughts on anything else? Its had a new clutch master abd bin rebled a few times.
