Shropshire/Mid-Wales Meet - Two Henry's Shrewsbury Sunday 1st of July 2.00pm

Anyone fancy a get together? A Shropshire and Borders meet up. Thought the Two Henrys on the outskirts of Shrewsbury would be a possible venue (SY4 3EQ), not to far for most people and if any midlands or elsewhere vpc guy's and girl's want to come along it is not to far for them either. Not sure what day it would be, if anybody fancies it i'm sure we can find an day or evening to suit the majority. If anybody has any other good ideas please feel free to post them up (venue date etc).

glad to here that, there's alot of us in this area that i've noticed on here recently, it would take me about 45 mins to get there which is alright and at a guest it would be able the same for some of the midlands crowd. could get a good turn out if we can find a good time and day (night)

I've started a list ( member followed by day/evening in order of suitability to the member) so we can then tailor it to be the most suitable time or maybe put it to a vote

I originally thought that it would be a wednesday or thursday evening that most people would have gone for. How interesting it is to see what people really would like, i'm just trying to gauge which day will suit most members, so we can get the best day possible.

I was just letting the pole run it's course, so if you don't like whats looking like a sunday or maybe you think sunday is great for you and you have not poled already, get it done and show your choice. I just want to try to please as many as possible, will announce date on thursday evening, so not long.

I hope the weather improves for the weekend as i hope to pick up my new Volvo on Saturday, the forth turbo in the fleet.

I know the car is very quick indeed ,I have been in it and the tuning hasn't finished yet.its on its first stage tune but when it is finished it should be dam good.but will he be able to beat the old tech redblock 940 now that is a question lol .i will have to take you in the car so you have a good comparison mate

Last time it was 20 mins each session mate but that is long enough for the brakes on our cars lol.i have booked 2 sessions morning and afternoon so let the fun begin and if the car is running right then might put the 940 on the rollers there too.its about time they had something retro on there instead of all the chavs lol

Great turnout for a first time, I think it should be a regular event.... and hopfully some more motors at the next one.

Colin and glyn was a nice surprise as I didn't think they were going to make it from the pod.
