So my mate Sam has a 2002 V70 D5. Somebody was kind enough to bash into the near side with a van and do a bit of damage... Image Image Image So when he askesd me if I knew of anybody who might have a pair of doors in silver, I immediately thought of Qady (user name Volvo). I've had dealings with him before and found him to be a very honest chap who's always happy to help. Well, after a nice drive to Swindon and back, (and £30 in fuel, don't think sam likes the idea of fueling a T5 lol) we began stripping the old doors off his car... Image Image Other than the doors being bloody heavy, they went on really easy and we spent more time aligning them than we did fitting them. A new door mirror went on as the old one got walloped too. Image Image Image For an encore, I thought I'd have a look at his mixer pipe (which had never been touched) Image Image Image Hells bells, this thing was NASSSTY! Here's a pic of what we scooped out... Image All in all, a productive day and hopefully, I've talked Sam into signing - up to the forum ;) Time for a beer...
