VPCUK Christmas Bash!!! Information and List

Hello Guys/Gals, Had an idea for a Christmas meet/much/drink.. [SIZE=5]Date is the 22nd December which is a Saturday![/SIZE] Beafeater Kingswinford (Dudley) - for meal and drinks (linky) The festive Dinner menu (Menu) is £18.50 (3 course) and served from approximately 630pm. Kingswinford Travelodge - Accommodation @ £22 per night per room on a saver rate (no cancellation/amendments) or £35 on a flex rate (just in case of cancellations/amendments)... the price will also depend on how close you book the the date of the Bash (linky) Hotel to be booked by the individuals themselves. They will section off abit of the restaurant for us. they can cater for 20 - 25 peoples £5 Deposits (via paypal as gift) to be paid by November 22nd 2012 (Thursday) to myself, i will send my paypal details via PM to all once list is confirmed.
