Hello people! Bought my V70R about 4 years ago....kinda wish I hadn't as I've since discovered that this Volvo drug is worse than crack! So I'm hear to see if anyone can direct me to a suitable rehab clinic :help: Never done serious foruming before so y'all have to bear with me while I do schoolboy forum errors and pee everyone off :worried: I've added a couple of cars to the 'garage' here...so you can all be nosey :wink: Anyway.....hello everyone :wave23d:

Thanks for all the welcomes! ...good to see some folk are near, and some of you I might have spoken with in the past!! There are some really cool cars in here (hats off to you all!) and somewhat makes one feel like a small fish in a big pond...which seems condraditory to the whole point of owning a high powered Volvo which is surely to stand out from the crowd :slap:

Welcome. Nice V70R, fit a rip kit and it will help the boost come in a little earlier. That will also give you some room to alter the air intake system, so it can be shorter and more direct, as opposed to the way it is now with the sharp bends.

I sell foam to a converter round the back on the industrial estate. Have you seen that silver T reg V70 R with a crumpled front end on a driveway not far from where we're talking about? I don't know the name of the road, but I've knocked on the house door to see if he would sell the car as it's not moved for months.

What sort of foam would a 'converter' require....I've just been working with foam engineers for some display cases! That R does ring a bell....not seen it for a while though....obviously because he's had a smack in it :) Will have an 'under cover' nose when I'm next in that area!!

I know Foam Engineers in High Wycombe. If you come out of Stamford Street, turn left and then the first set of lights that you come to, the car is on the the road upto the right(the one way coming the other way). It's near the top on the left has you start driving down that road. I got no answer when I went knocking, but they probably thought I was a double glazing salesman.
