Well a few months back i started to Rebuild the Head on my auto engine to fit to my Red 855 t5 manual, After breaking a Valve stem removing the stem seals i head the head sent to a Engineer to sort out my ยงยงยงยง up. Other than that ive cleaned ported n polish the head and replaced all the oil seals and gaskets along with new Headbolts even tho they were within tolenrence. is the pics.

Thanks Peeps for all the replies, Soz james i aint great with computers lol. Thanks frankie, taking me ages and ages, 2 weaks on the porting and polishing alone.
Done the rear main seal, and All cam seals to. Timing up was a nightmare as i removed the cam pullies and cleaned the timing marks off them PMSL. all done now tho.
Be good to get her running, If she starts of course! pmsl
