Well just a little update, Got a bit more done, painted various hanger's and mounts. And the rest of the gearbox, had to move one of the dowels as it interfied with the box fitting.

Also Cleaned out the Ported Manifold, and mocked the fitment up. Also Pressed the new bushes into the new subframe.
Just need the Red Beast to make a aperiance so u can take the lump out and fit the Manual flywheel, and sundries. :)

Gav, keep us updated as I'm about to do the same auto/manual swap and I'm scared of breaking something as me and spanners are not friends!!!

Its the Original Engine Out of my 1st Volvo 850 t5 , the Beast that got me hooked on volvo's lol, When she blew the auto box 3 years ago i stripped the car and weighed it in saving the engine which you see above. Its Covered 120k, with full service history and was a animal in the Auto car.
