TYRES ?? Anyone got any idea's on what are realy quiet (road noise wise) 2010 S80 245/40 R18 97Y I need to get rid off the rubbish Champino's on my car ! ive got terrible road noise at mo :( and now I want some realy quiet tyes HeLp..! Idea's ..? cheers
im running Avon ZV5s 225/45/17 they are quiet and really good in the wet, if you keep an eye out national tyres often do a buy one get one free on these

Ok, Click here The first tyre, the Bravuris 2 is a very good budget all rounder. I used them myself before I got the Avon ZV5s. The ZZ5 would be ideal for your car but by 'ek they aint cheap! Looks like you have a very expensive tyre size - have a look at the ones at the bottom of the list! :yikes:

Cotinental conti sport is also a noisy tyre,now I have the Bridgestone Potenza S001 that is a very good tyre & noise is a lot less then the conti's unfortunally the S001 isn't cheap

A Real Improvment :) Lost The Bad Road Noise, & It Goes Where I Point It Now :) !! Feels Right On The Rd Again Now !! Thanks For All The Advise
