Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Shortly after coming back from the 2 Henry's/ Shropshire meeting, I began feeling unwell. Spent the whole night spewing & pooing for Britain. Must have picked something up from the swimming pool, as Ellen & Erica have also been poorly. It's been memorable but sadly for all the wrong reasons.
