I was asked yesterday why there are stars next to certain threads and how do they get there. The stars are ratings for that thread, shown is the average rating. The rating is given by users who read the thread. To rate a thread, click on the thread to read it, at the top of the page you will see "Rate this thread". Hover/Click on this (depending on browser and device) and select the rating you wish to give the thread. So if you find a thread useful then why not show your appreciation by rating it? Cheers :)
