It falls to me to put this sad picture out to the VPC family.
It was taken today at a local vehicle dismantlers in Thurnscoe, near Barnsley.
Pictured is the car belonging to T5Pete, the normally jovial forum member who frequents these very pages on a regular basis.
Since I started taking 'lil Pete to the gym last year, he has changed quite a lot. Mainly thru a mix of excercise and a good diet he has done really well and was making superb progress.
Unfortunately, as is often the case, too much of a good thing has turned into a bad thing. Buoyed by his successes and wanting more, the big man finally gave into the lure of Anabolic Steroids to take him to the next level. What he didnt know, and I did try to tell him, was that there are many possible side effects that can occur from these substances.
As a result, he started to suffer from increased testosterone levels, mood swings, vicious new hair growth on ALL parts of the body. But by far the worst things were the erectile dysfunction and impotence that followed, hard (or not:)) for a proud Yorkshire man in his twenties to deal with. Having such a sexually demanding wife this hurt the big fella real bad and started to effect all parts of his life, all building up to the fact that his anger and his ability to control it were rapidly diminishing.
This morning, it came to a rather large head after he saw a small run in the new silver engine enamel that had been so painstakingly applied to his new forged engine. In temper he lashed out at the engine and knocked it over on the stand resulting in the sump hitting the concrete floor and cracking.
OMFG, it got medieval rather quickly and within 90 mins we were on the weigh bridge with the car going to meet its maker.
Im so sorry to bring this sad news to fellow enthusiasts, and I know you will all be quick to offer support to this normally lovely guy. He is in a dark place and needs our thoughts, prayers, and any spare Viagra thats knocking about.
But on the upside I got a few cheap bits for my 854, be rude to look a gift horse in the mouth!
