I come on here when I'm exceptionally bored about once a month to see what's going on like today when I happened across this post. I'm usually on the focus ST forum mainly as the guys are much more knowledgeable about the S40 given its basically the same car and go on VOC now and again to see if there's any posts I can assist with. Most people on here are fine - however there are some mods who saw it fit to poke fun at me when I was going through some mental health issues (depression and ptsd symptoms from my time in the forces) and financial difficulties about said difficulties (through which the car had to go off the road and I am now selling my house and move home) which left me with a very sour taste for this forum and no particular desire to be associated with it. I'm happy to say I've moved to York now and have a pet dog which has helped a great deal so setting up a new business and well on the way to recovery with the ongoing support of friends, family and the church I'm a member of. I spend less time on forums now and more time with real life friends, family and getting involved with charity work. I meant to give the forum a break and come back but find the local modified scene much better with regular meets and lots of other interesting high performance cars, and a more positive attitude from the organizers and mods. Nothing personal Santa but I don't want to be associated with yourself, any of your moderators or your forum, so please take yourself off my FB list if you could be so kind. There's nothing you did wrong personally, but in the end you are responsible for your moderators and staff member and you stood by new moderators against longstanding members who make your forum what it is. All who I had an issue with are forgiven but also forgotten as I've moved on and found people I enjoy interacting with to spend time with. If you wish to delete my profile here you're welcome to I'm not going to do any drama and demand it, will leave it up to you. Hope that's cleared up any mystery and put the record straight. S40 is going strong after turning an engine bearing and a ninja repair by Tim Williams, and some further modifications planned over the Summer (brakes, diff, side exit exhaust, possibly RS turbo). Cheers, Ben

If you want us to delete your profile here you can request it otherwise it can just be left dormant. Nothing personal to you either Ben. Obviously I'm going to stick by the team for the reasons I stated previously, especially when they hadn't done anything wrong. Cheers, Ben[/QUOTE] How do Monkey. Its a shame you want to delete your account mate. While I can understand what you were going through at the time with depression et all, life goes on and when I saw you a few weeks back you looked fit and healthy so I am assuming you're back in the swing (lol) of things. Just remember that at times folk can post things that if said directly to you wouldn't be taken out of context but on screen, can be, especially at a time when you're suffering with depression which in itself makes me understand why you posted what you did. So keep the chin up mate and hope to see you around York (saw you with a mat heading down Monkgate actually), but not in a church ;-)
