I enjoyed the rally episode & I have first hand experience with proper Finnish Sa-una - they are wood-fired & involve hitting oneself & each other with wet fresh birch twigs with the leaves still on - then running bollock naked into the nearest lake. Alas that was 15 years ago - I lived in Finland for a brief period - I was dating a cellist from Lahti.
