Today i empted my catch cans and found a small amount of oil in both but it was a greyish/brown colour (more grey). Is this normal it had a few bubbles in it when sloshing it around. Hopfully condensation and not water. Nothing on dipstick or filler cap. Im probly going to do a leak down test next week just to be sure.
Jus sounds like water mixing with oil in the catch tank mate .thats normal .
From my experience on the S70, most of the ££££ you empty from the catch can is moisture, and very little oil. This time of year it's worse, because of the cold, damp air. Short journeys make it worse too. It's probably fine :D

I emptyed a some outit was just enough to cover the bowl.

Yeah, as Andy says, get a new cap and seal. Also, you can bend the lugs down on the underside of the cap, so it clamps down tighter.
Lol cheers people ive tried bending well stiff feels like its going to break. Ill try both.
Buy a new cap and seal mate works a lot better
