BEWARE - bad language (I think that's what it is, the accent is obscuring the words somewhat lol) I was pissing myself until I realised the guy giving the "commentary" is on his bloody phone! Anyway, check this out...

Good theirs too many people on the road who've got no idea how to drive. I had to tell 3 women today they'd got there rear fog lights on, I can't remember the last time I had to use they so hate to guess how long they've been on for

Hurrah, finally someone got a telling off (and hopefully a fine) for lane hogging. Can't understand why people don't move over....

Great to see, just to play devil's advocate (unlike me I know) he could have been talking on a headset.
Problem is in this country flashing people to move if there in the way is just not accepted.
half of them think they've got the right to be out there & as you say don't like being flashed, the other half don't use there mirrors & probably not noticed you or you flashing them
Problem is in this country flashing people to move if there in the way is just not accepted.
even though on the driving lessons/test you are told not to do it, in our country flashing means 'go on you can go through' or similar. On the Continong it's the opposite

Picture this: two cars on either side of a restriction in the road. One car flashes his headlights....what happens next...? In the UK, at least in my part of it, the other car goes through - contrary to the highway code, your link above and my driving instructor :S
