Wot no carriage returns

For the last 24 hours I have been unable to insert line returns. Hitting in the editor does nothing. I have only been able to put line returns in by first typing everything into Notepad. Please help. Anyone else suffering pargraphobia?

Trying it in google chrome Seems to be localised to my IE session. God bless Microsoft.

Still have the problem Dave? Nothing has been changed recently forum wise but will have a look anyway to see if I can trace it. Has IE had an update recently?

I am sure it is isolated to my IE session on this laptop. Currently using Chrome with no issues.
