Hello everybody! Can anyone tell me if this kit http://www.partsforvolvosonline.com/product_info.php?cPath=705&products_id=7990 is any good? Anyone use it? Any advantages/disadvantages over the IMiv 'classic' kit, that I currently use? Also, does it charge the iPhone when plugged in? PFV, maybe you could help me on this one??

Seems to be working fine....the site that is, haven't tried the unit.
I have sold a few of these and the feedback has been positive. regarding charging, it depends on your I device, as the later ones might require an apple adapter as for some unknown reason apple changed the position of the charging pin within the plug. somebody will probably correct me, but an ' apple lightning' adapter rings a bell.

So will it charge? £70 is a lot to spend and rip yer dash out and plug it all in to find it doesn't charge! Then have to return it.
I am told by the supplier it will charge a 4s straightaway. I know less than nothing about apple stuff as I purposely avoid it !
