Just checked and its been 5 years since I was last on here with my 2 volvo 850 T5's. Well I'm happy to say I'm back but this time I'm the proud owner of a 2001 V70 2.4 T5. Ex-police spec Enjoying g it so far just a shame you can't hear the engine note or that there isn't a real turbo kick as such. Anyway glad to be back.

Yer I'm hearing its the 2.3 250bhp engine, however the V5 states its a 2461cc engine which I understand Volvo don't make its something like 2401 and thing close is a diesel so I think the V5 is slightly wrong lol. Not overly fussed as the 2.4 only gains 6bhp and loses 0.3s off the 0-60 according to parkers. Any who computer will be set up tonight so I can have a proper nose about again as I'm currently just on my phone :-(

If it's got B5234-T3 on it, it's a T5. Anything else and you've been had mate lol. Also, it should have blue injectors on it too (although plod put orange injectors in mine lol)
