P2 wishbone bush removal - the quick way

I did explain to Andy at NVS that they were being Polybushed so I think he has (and quite rightly so), sent me the control arms with the worst bushings that he could find. They were an absolute bargain.... :D

Strangely, the 2nd one had the old type bush with the fluted rod in it. it put up much more of a fight than the modern bush that fell apart like a baguette lol. Covered the place with some dodgy smelling fluid too.

Good work there Martin!!! Sometimes only brute force will do though. I watched my local indie release a wishbone from the balljoint by running at it with a big lump hammer. Not on my car I hasten to add!!
