Everyone knows that I do the mechanics' mats for no profit, but that isn't enough for some peeps and they don't even pay after having the mats for a month or more. Most people pay before they even get them, but some have to take the piss, and even after chasing them, still no payment.
Therefore, the last lot was the last lot, and I hope that this embarrasses the non payer/s into maybe paying. Too late though, and the few have spoilt it for the many, but I ain't a charity.

That's really ££££ news mark well thanks alot to who ever hasnt paid looks like once I get me new ones I best look after them mark I dont mind paying you a bit extra when u come next sunday as it's certainly not fair you being out of pocket and as above name and shame

Was speaking to a dealer last week and he says the problem seems to be getting worse,
The worst bit is its often the people that you think you can trust or they have money but I,s often them that end up not paying you.
It's the same giving someone a loan of something never to see it again.

Really good mats, mine get loads of use, and they were cheap as chips, some people just go through life poncing off everyone else, time to shame them into paying, name the cheapskate.

thing is i dont think its about the money. i dont think mark makes any profit on these and dose it to help out forum members so its the principle and not the money. i dont blame mark for being pissed off.

Trade disputes should be highlighted to management.

Sorry to hear this Mark. The mats were excellent 'value for money' which is almost unheard of in this day and age, and it's not as if the were expensive in the first place.

Cheers for all of the above posts, but I don't want to name and shame. I have gone out of my way to deliver some of the mats, which cost me my fuel money plus making nothing at all on them. I'm happy just to sell what I have at cost, and then draw a line under things. Only T5Pete and Munster and then they're all gone.
I never asked for or expected payment up front, but I did expect payment after chasing a few times.
