The premier inn at silverstone wants £89 per room, anyone else thinking about staying the night ,last year left home at 5am Sunday morning that was just to early for me,did try to book a room but they were all gone unless you had very deep pockets. Sorry just don't do camping with the uk weather.

The biggest issue was the £600 and odd loss that was made on it. (We lose money on Trax every year but that year the loss was over £850). If 30 or more people wan't to race or if a group of us just took the risk and divided the amount I'd be more than happy to purchase the group track time bbbbuuuuuttttt if any of those 30 people wanted to sell their track time on outside the forum it would no longer be a VPCUK only track time.
Not bothered.... I like chasing Honda Type-R's..... We just need to group up properly next time..

Also I've had confirmation from the Campsite (I'm assuming that we are staying at the Whittlebury site again) that we can stay Sunday night also. We just have to vacate by 12 on Monday.

To be honest a "lull" in interest was expected at some point, it was just a matter of when. Once we know what the actual numbers are we can evaluate, engage (with those that want to go) and just generally figure out what form if any this event takes.

Right, finally got to fire up the C70 today, and it's not good, there's a leak between the head and exhaust manifold, so it's all got to come off again. :wallbash: Does anyone mind if I bring the Soarer tomorrow?

Don't worry - Yellow beastie..... Beat me on both the servo and the hub nuts... I've done more damage to the wheel stud than the hub nut. I'm going in the Silver one. Brace, MBC, air filter and wheels swapped.. MBC spring too weak only 0.4Bar at full turn, so that been removed now... Leaving now, camping till Monday Morning...

Was a great day today. Thank you everyone involved for making it yet another great laugh. Good to see three Flash Rs together. Had fun with the Trax stickers on Wayne's car, had a mild disagreement with a German Security Official about a buggy, nearly bought some Minions Vinyl Wrap. Overall a cracking day. Thanks for organising it guys.
A great day with great people. Had fun on track, getting sideways into Copse trying to stay ahead of a Ferrari. :D Charlie enjoyed his 2nd birthday, a big thanks to Santa and Pin-up girl for his prezzies, as well as for organising the meet. Looking forward to next year. :D

Unfortunately three of them aren't holding pressure(probably just Need a bead break and remount) as one tyre deflated on the first session, but luckily it only lasted 10mins before red flag.
Used my Vredestein's on the rears for the second session.. Lots of marbling, so I don't think I had the tyre pressures right.
It was fun anyway.
